This is just a great go to spot for quick easy really delicious food at a good price. First hot day in a while. My daughter, in the 5th inning yells to the dug out from the pitchers mound at the Church and Paper Mill Road complex, “can we go to El Limon” after the game. After yelling at her to focus on the game, I agreed if she threw strikes. The little bugger did it. So there we went. It’s a little tight, pulling in and the parking lot is often full because there are only a few spots. Do not let that slow your pace by thinking that it’s too busy. Walking in there were a handful of tables and the usual friendly staff. Big smiles. Always generally clean and inviting. Seat yourself. For the love of all things, don’t sit near the TV because it’s always on very very loud for music. But the beat will have you doing Mariachi almost instantly. I’m not sure if this is new or I just was never aware, but they now are matching one of their competitors by offering free margaritas. We always get a mixed pack of taco Supremes, including Tinga, chorizo and asada. When I’m feeling lucky, I order the tortilla soup. Really spectacular with big chunks of avocado. and has a kick to it. It’s funny when you walk in somewhere in a sports uniform somebody inevitably asks you, “did you win?” And tonight the answer was yes. We won on and off the field. Be a winner and go to El Limon.

I’ve been to several El Limon locations and was in the area for lunch. Decided to get a torta which I’ve never had! The sandwich is huge. The piece of chicken on it was breaded perfectly, and thin which I like. The toppings were a little lackluster. I felt like the flavor profiles all meshed together. I should’ve asked for some extra chipotle mayo on the side, next time. Service was friendly, less than 10 minutes to get my food. I’d come back and try other menu items if I’m in the area!

I dont give 5 stars often but the food and service at El Limon Flourtown is always great. We had grilled chicken tacos supreme, the special birra burrito, and chips with pico and guacamole. The flavor is always delicious. We had the margaritas as well. El limon is a Byob. Nice artwork at the restaurant too. In warmer months you can sit outside on the front patio. Parking is tight at this location.

We received great service and accommodated all dietary restrictions with a brunch for teenagers. For some, it was their first time trying Mexican food, and it was excellent.

I have probably had some of everything on the menu!! I love the food! It's fresh and you can taste every ingredient that goes into it. I found this place via good ole Tik Tok! You really can't go weekend with whatever you get! However, there are a couple of things I noticed and I hope I'm wrong about the first one. The sauces do not taste as authentic as when I first started going. My chipotle sauce taste exactly like a sauce that I currently purchase from the market. Also, I ordered a quesadilla to go and it was extremely small. It was like a kids size!!!!! Whenever I've ordered a quesadilla while dining in they have been your average restaurant size! They were 3x2 inches! Not sure what's happening there but we will not be ordering those again. Unless of course you like hors d'oeuvres! I will not be doing take out again. I just don't want this place to do what some places tend to do and that's get you going there and then it becomes extremely commercialized and the quality of food changes. It is one of the Mexican places that I like where a grown man can eat and walk away feeling satisfied! Just don't get the BABY QUESADILLAS TO GO! I still gave 5 stars because the food is pretty darn good! Simple menu, good prices, great quality and delicious food! But can you guys please make your own sauces or suggest the sauces that are authentic! I Know Those Sauces Changed!
